Our products include llama leather handbags and briefcases, intricately embroidered handbags with original designs, a variety of alpaca wool products including baby clothes, scarves, shawls, hats and sweaters as well as handcrafted wooden salad bowls from the Bolivian Amazon. All our products are produced on a small-scale by Bolivian artisans, most of which you will not find on other sites, less so in stores.  

Andescrafts.net works with small businesses, associations and non-profit organizations that work directly with  artisans whose handicrafts are sold through our site. While some of our providers have certified fair trade products, all of them work under fair trade principles. The artisans are paid a fair price for their products, which is higher than the market rate. Your purchase helps to sustain  artisans with dignified employment as well as promote the Bolivian handicraft industry.
